Fairly dry on mid-weighted palate w/ delicious & impressively complex milk chocolate, cocoa, vanilla, savoury oak spice, black-red berry fruit, clove & plum flavours. Acids are crisp & well-balanced, while mildly grippy tannins are smooth & refined. Touch of sweetness on mid-palate, tapering to cocoa, chocolate & savoury earth notes flecked with ripe black fruit on long, savoury, stony mineral finish. Tasted Jan. 2025.
