If this Riesling could go through a glück stage, now would be the time. There is a plump and resinous feel about it...
St. Urban was the original riesling planting on the Niagara Bench. This is racy, off-dry, yet bracing young riesling...
Clean, fragrant, elegant nose in the typically reserved, Germanic Vineland style delivering fine citrus notes, honey...

love love love this wine. It is one of my favourites in all of Ontario.
Alsacian in every sense. Nose and taste both echo the big mineral backbone.
Mineral is balanced with juicy tropical fruit notes and sharp, clean and crisp acidity.
EXCELLENT STUFF!

Pours a mature golden yellow colour. Mature nose of medium-high intensity with aromas of wax, honey, citrus, and peach. It's medium+ bodied and off-dry with honeyed, citrusy, and peach flavours. Acids are a bit low, but still well-balanced. Pleasant, chalky-textured mouthfeel. Waxy, citrus, and mineral oil notes linger on the long, lip-smacking finish. Tasted Sept. 2022.
