This organic Cabernet Sauvignon has a highly aromatic and elegant nose that is still fresh with dark fruited aromas of currant, cassis, cherry, and blackberry with touches of herbs and mint. On the full-bodied palate it is firmly structured with big, drying tannins. Juicy acidity lifts the lovely aroma replays on the flavour profile. Earthy and minerally on the finish, with excellent length. A big wine that will reward ageing and drink well for at least another 10 years. Tasted Sept. 2022.
