Now, this is something a bit different. Quite pronounced floral aromas for a red. On the palate, I get mostly notes of blueberries, with some notes if pepper/spice. Good backbone of acidity and some tannin. I think another year or two would help. But cheers to Vintages for bringing in a bit of an off-beat wine (I can't believe I praised our wine monopoloy!)....and at a far price!
