Hard to conceive and thus receive more aridity on the aromatics, surely flinty, part gun and part struck granite...
From low-lying vineyards near the coast on deep shale soils, with a long, slow growing season. Still very youthful...

Buttermilk on the nose along with dried herbs, pear, and tropical fruits.
The tropical fruits don't show up on the tongue, but they stick to the lips at the end of each sip. But before that, there is lots of lemon, and sharp acidity that slams the back of the teeth. If you love citrus this is for you with a bit of sour peach.
It's very good with Foie Gras Terrine, but even better with European Sea Bass, a combo that gives goosebumps.
