This Syrah cuvée is fermented on Viognier skins, it is aged 18 months on Hungarian and French oak wood. It comes from Diamondback and Tinhorn Creek vineyards. A spicy nose with cedar, cigar box and chocolate. A lively palate with notes of cedar, the spices return. The tannins are supple almost non-existent. Without any real flaws, this wine is quite satisfactory.
