I believe the '06 vintage was the last time that I had this wine. I enjoyed that vintage but this '16 is a bit of a miss. Relatively simple red, showing a bit of raisined red fruit, hints of bitterness and pronounced acidity on the relatively short finish. Tasted over three nights, this wine simply did nothing for me.
