A very nice dry Chenin from the Loire Valley. Shows apple and citrus fruit (lemon, lime, grapefruit), along with an herbal green note and minerality. Mouth watering acidity makes this very food friendly. It is a bigger wine with a weighty mouthfeel and clocking in at 13.5% abv. Oak is nicely integrated. The length is excellent. Enjoy with goat cheese, herb crusted roast chicken or veal. Nov. 2020.
