Very pale salmon in colour.
Nose of light fruit and minerals.
Minerality evident on the palate, salted almonds, wild strawberries and an almost "red gooseberry" note.
Finish is long and saline/savoury, with great acidity.
Tasted May 2020.

An enjoyable balance between fruit and saline minerality along with floral and beeswax notes. Smooth texture. Looks nice in the glass too!
Translucent brink orange colour indicative of oxidation (definitely not pinkish as pictured on the WineAlign site). Tangerine, slight minerality, honeycomb, and slight banana peel on the nose. Lacking fruit on the palate to balance the acidity, saltiness and mineral notes. Slight effervescence to start a long, dry finish with slight strawberry then salty notes. Hard not to think this this was dumped on mixed-case subscribers because it was past its prime. Do better for $27, WineAlign. 80 points.
