Herbaceous nose with slate, white grapefruit and lanolin. Slight melon and white grapefruit on the palate balanced by saltiness, good acidity and slight effervescence. Medium-long finish with slight melon and banana peel.

My first Rabigato. This wine has an interesting profile. The nose has notes of vanilla, honeycomb, smoke, salt, lemon zest, grass, and a herbal aspect. The palate leans into the smokey character and introduces green apple. Medium + body with high acidity and excellent length.

Very restrained nose. Nice yellow colour into rim. Flavour is dominated by a ripe lemon acidity, not overly crisp . Balance is good. Bit of beeswax and fresh herbs. A good sipper and should accompany food as well.
