The creation of Alexia Capolino Perlingieri, the third generation of her family to produce wine. In 2003 she left the corporate world to revive a well regarded family wine business and has focused on organically produced, terroir driven wines. The grapes of this particular wine originate from a vineyard located on the slopes of the extinct volcano Monte Taburno. The wine is 100% Greco. It is pale gold in colour. The nose is a bit restrained with hints of white flowers and orchard fruit but the palate is gorgeous with generous flavours of peach and quince preserves reined in by lively acidity. The finish is long and mineral driven. A real joy.
