This plainly labeled, non-vintage, wine is a new brand by Paul Sapin. A rich powerful cabernet sauvignon with aromas of red fruits. Tasting Note: Medium deep red violet colour; aromas of oak, plum, spice and black fruit with herb, smoke and baked fruit notes; dry, medium bodied, with balanced acidity, and flavours of crushed black fruit, mint and oak on a clean finish. Serving Suggestion: Great for casual sipping or serve with grilled sirloin, gourmet burgers and spicy sausage.
