Family owned for 4 generations Dom.de Joy is in the heart of Gascony, in Panjas (Gers), 170 Ha (10% for Armagnac) in Bas Armagnac terroir, clay-silica soils & rough sand (silt-silica).
Blend of Colombard, Gros Manseng and Ugni Blanc from the heart of Gascony.
Fresh and fruity, reveals notes of citrus and litchi. Round, delicate and the fruity on the palate with a very pleasant aftertaste.
Serve at 12°C. A wine to enjoy alone or with good food, to drink with friends! Enjoy as an aperitif, with seafood and shellfish, grilled fish, Comté, fresh goat's cheese.
