It's only wine but I like it

Maturing textbook Chianti Classico with 90% Sangiovese/10% Canaiolo raised in very large oak vats. Deeper and riper than many non-reserva CC, this still retains all of the hallmarks of CC - sour cherry fruit, dusty tannin and lively acidity, Really, a lovely wine for current drinking or in the next couple of years. Tasted Feb 2022.
