A California red, designed to please a certain North American crowd.
Well-made technically, though decidedly sweet on the palate. Full-bodied for a Pinot Noir, with aromas of ripe Bing cherry, black plums, dark red liquorice, vanilla.
Equally lush on the palate, this is more a patio wine than food-pairing.
