The first wine from Ontario I fell in love with. Smokey with dark fruit, raspberry and a little mellow oak. A little pepper and mocha with a long, smooth finish. One of my favourite wine experiences.

Earthy with pepper, cherry and anise on the nose. Fine, silky tannins balanced by some gentle acidity and followed by a long, elegant finish. Great with food, but deserves to be sipped on it's own to simply appreciate it.
