A fortified white, with 16% abv made by the ever reliable M. Chapoutier. Lightly sweet (that is to say, less sweet than a Port of Sauternes), this is a lovely after dinner wine to enjoy with anything that is not overly sweet. Not overly complex, but very enjoyable. I think that I purchase this 4 years ago, with no intention of ageing it. Kept very well during that time, this is still fresh Tasted Dec '22
