Crafted from early morning hand harvested select Albarino grapes from over 30 y.o. vineyards in Miño River valley, 30 km from Vigo and Ourense cities in western Spain. Sorted grapes are carefully pressed and fermented at controlled temperature.
Bright gold reflections. Intense fruity nose with hints of apricot, pineapple and apple on a background of hay and white flowers. Full and fleshy palate with balanced acidity and long finale.
Serve at 11ºC. Enjoy with fish, seafood, fresh cheese and pasta.
