Dark garnet in colour. Lemon rind, Sour cherry, underripe rubarb, wet hay on the nose. Strawberry becomes much more apparent as the wine opens up. Black pepper, spice, sour cherry. Slight bit of heat. Medium bodied. Lively, firm approach. Long, tingly finish. Decent and fairly pleasing Merlot.
