This is delightfully crisp, lively, simple, yet elegant Petit Chablis. It shows vibrant aromas and flavours of crunchy green orchard fruit (apple, pear), citrus, chalky minerals, along with some almond, brioche, light yogurt/cream, and delicate white floral notes of honeysuckle and acacia. It has a medium-light body, brisk acidity, and a delicate yet medium-long finish. Pair with shellfish and other light seafood/fish dishes, or simply enjoy with a fresh baguette. Drink now to 2020. Tasted July 2017.
