Creation of winemaker Serafin Moya from hand harvested Tempranillo from >900m elevation old vineyard (35y.o. average, some>100y.o.) in Pedrosa- Grand Cru of the D.O. of the Ribera del Duero D.O. Aged 14 m in oak.
"One the bright side of tempranillo, this rich in red fruit flavors of strawberry and cherries. It is intense, but in a delicate way, showing its tender fruit generously but at the same time with a lovely balance. Easy to drink now, it will improve with a couple of years in your cellar.” (91p Wine&Spirits Mag'16)
Enjoy this rich and savory wine now after decanting or age for 5-10y.
