Nicolette Novak has created a haven for foodies and one of Niagara's best culinary destinations: The Good Earth Cooking School. The Good Earth Winery is the perfect complement with a lineup of food-friendly oaked Chardonnay, Rose, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir, and a dry and off-dry Riesling. The tasting room offers a lighthearted approach, with "nibble-sized" food and wine pairings, and pouring by "Flight Attendants." "Moveable Feast" baskets are also available for picnics on the bucolic 23-hectare property of orchards, vineyards, and vegetable and herb gardens.
