Rosewood opened in 2008, and recognition has been rapid thanks to a strong team focused on developing eclectic Semillon & Süssreserve Riesling, award winning Pinot Noir & Merlot. Owned by a beekeeping family with over 80 yrs of beekeeping experience, the underlying buzz is their wildflower honey and unique meads which owner Eugene Roman and winemaker Ross Wise collaborate on together. Rosewood wines are handcrafted with as little interference as possible. Their wine philosophy focuses on the vineyard and the people who craft the wines. Their dedication and focus has helped them to continually be among the Top 25 Wineries in Canada.
