Jeremy is a sommelier and restauranteur in Newfoundland & Labrador who has been a promoter and supporter of Canadian wine and food through his award winning restaurants, Raymonds, The Merchant Tavern and Portage. He has represented the east coast on panels for I4C, Wine Country Ontario, Terroir, and the Atlantic Wine Symposium.
