A Golden State of Mind – Cocktail Hour with California Wines

Join critics Sara d’Amato and Michael Godel on Saturday evening, April 24th at 5pm for a WineAlign cocktail hour with California Wines. Sara and Michael will get you into a Golden State of Mind as you taste through four signature grape varieties from a few of the region’s most important American Viticultural Areas. Sip along with these four classic choices, all currently available at the LCBO, and help celebrate California Wine Month. Listen in on their tales about recent visits to California and you’ll find yourself dreaming of travelling to places like Napa Valley, Sonoma County and the Central Coast. Sara and Michael are charged with keeping the cocktail hour vibe of “Think You Know Wine?” alive and this fun and casual hour might even teach you a few things about signature California grape varieties and how this leading region for sustainable agriculture has evolved from then until now.
