The Food and Wine Pairing course is a workshop designed for individuals who want to understand the basics of tasting wine and matching flavours. Learn from both a sommelier and a chef in a guided seminar that uses different wine styles and a variety of culinary dishes to explore basic pairing principles.
This is an online course delivered via Thinkific. You will receive an email on the first day of the course with details on how to access the course and materials. There will be a live session on Feb 7 at 6pm.
