Quite a complex nose of mineral oil, lime cordial, paraffin wax, and a touch of poached pear. Delicately sweet with grapefruit, lime, and pear followed by a surge of refreshing acidity. The finish is long and smooth with a pleasant minerality. If you are looking to pair a wine with sushi or spicy Vietnamese cuisine then this is the one for you. (VINTAGES panel, March 2013)
