Gold in colour with a medium minus intensity on the nose.
Positives: Lemon, touch of honey, melon, macadamia nuts, chalk, grapefruit & chamomile. Medium body with good acidity & medium+ length.
Negatives: None.
Drink now on its own or pair it with snapper ceviche.
